# Refund Policy

Gaming Zone sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, our refund policy is as follows.

## Refund Eligibility

A refund may be provided if:

* The purchased product cannot be delivered.
* The product received is significantly different from what was advertised.
* A duplicate payment was made.
* A technical issue on our side prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

## Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will **not** be issued for:

* Change of mind after purchase.
* Accidental purchases.
* Purchasing the wrong account type (Primary, Secondary, or Full Access).
* Compatibility issues clearly stated on the product page.
* Failure to read product descriptions or requirements.
* Suspension or restriction caused by misuse of the product.
* Digital products that have already been successfully delivered and accessed.

## Defective Products

If you experience an issue with a delivered product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our support team will investigate the issue and either:

* Resolve the problem,
* Replace the product when appropriate, or
* Issue a refund if a replacement or resolution is not possible.

## Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Gaming Zone may result in:

* Suspension of your account.
* Refusal of future service.
* Submission of evidence to the payment provider regarding the completed digital delivery.

## Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
